it will help you lose weight if you are the type of person who drank alot of soda, coffee, and juice. If you cut all those out and just drink water….I believe that you can lose up to 10 pounds in a month without doing anything else! Plus it helps you to clean you out….

You dont actually drink 8 glasses of water, b/c water is in food too.
